The Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain has been bringing circus artists to Paris for more than 30 years, people from every background who come to share experiences, learn new tricks (and some as old as the hills), and mesmerize audiences with their prowess. From its start in 1977, the Festival has called on illustrators and graphic artists to create its show bills. Savignac and Desclozeaux gave the Festival numerous designs over the years, full of humour and subtle detail. The exhibit offers a glimpse into the diversity of the art, along with a collection of photos and animation films. Thirty years. It’s been quite a production!
